We at Nicol, Davis & Associates would just like to take the time to say thank you for your support over the past few months. Many in our industry have been devastatingly affected and we are extremely proud to have risen to the challenge by ensuring we could operate and still been able to provide our usual excellent standard of service.
We would like to let you all know that we will be welcoming back our full staff complement as of Wednesday 1st July. According to government recommendations we still have some of our valued employees working from home and the rest at our office premises which have been amended in accordance with Covid-19 precautions.
What is changing:
– Interest and charges for outstanding accounts are no longer being reduced for debtors however we are accepting reduced and lower instalments for the moment
– Debit orders have been unarchived and will be paid over in July, we will also accept debit order requests from debtors again
A few clients have asked if we are able to list debtors on the Credit Bureau over this period. The answer is yes we can however this is always as a last resort after all other options have been exhausted and debtors are always given plenty of warning and urged to rather come to an arrangement.
The future is a little uncertain for all of us at the moment but what has been especially clear over this time is how important it is to support one another. We appreciate the work that has been entrusted over to us and look forward to continuing these partnerships for ANOTHER 31 years and beyond.
