Dear All,
Following the president’s announcement we at NDA are also activating our contingency plan from this Friday 27th March.
This entails:
• Staff working from home
• Telephone systems operating as normal
• Email communications as usual
• Handover process remaining exactly the same and we encourage you to follow usual procedure
Whilst we fall under the category “non-essential” service according to government, we view our company as ESSENTIAL to your business and we are advising debtors that their medical debt is in order to pay incredibly important people who are putting themselves at risk during this period.
What we are changing temporarily:
• We are reducing interest for those debtors who are willing to settle their accounts
• We are not enforcing blacklisting over the lockdown period
• We are placing all our debit orders (which aren’t many) in a suspend file as debtors are disputing them
The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. This moment reminds us that we’re all connected like never before. We’re called upon to be our best selves, with patience, understanding and compassion.
On behalf of all of us at NDA, we’re committed to being your partner and persevering together in all the days and years ahead.
Please do not hesitate to contact me as I value your questions, ideas and feedback.
